SANpulse is currently looking for a Product Support Specialist to join our technical team of experts to provide support for SANlogics software used to perform SAN Migrations.

Qualifications

• Strong SAN experience
• 7+ years of SAN administration experience
• Ability to provision (EMC, HDS, IBM) storage to windows and Unix servers via CLI/GUI
• Ability to perform zoning on Brocade, Cisco, McDATA SAN switches via CLI/GUI
• SAN Migration experience a strong plus

Systems Admin Experience

• Good scripting experience, for both windows and Unix (including: bat, sh, ksh, perl, etc.)
• Good systems administration experience on both Unix (Solaris, AIX, HPUX, Linux) and Windows (Win2000/2003)

General Experience

• Strong communication and documentation skills – Will be responsible for creating documentation as well as providing phone support
• Relational Database Experience (MS SQL) – A Big Plus
• BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
